USANA -Food Supplements!

A way to stay young and healthy! (take it from me ! hehehehe )

USANA- is the word! It is the greek term which means : True Health!


Imagine yourself getting older- every second of every hour and every minute of your life! That's because the cells inside the body are deteriorating faster than the right food choices you make. It means simply : Degeneration! And everything that happens in our body depends 'mainly' on the kind of foods we eat everyday. Our pace is slower than the rotting effect of the body's daily metabolism -or the chemical process happening inside a living cell thereby breaking down some substances which are necessary for life.



Take for example an apple- everytime we open or bite on it, it leaves a progressive mark on the surface of the apple and becomes brown after a few minutes. This is due to the onset of 'oxidation' or the deterioration of the apple as it is exposed from outside particles including- oxygen -the element we breathe!

    Hello Ms. B! I hope you are all right, despite the natural aging of skin. What matters, you know when you think of it, is to stay young on the inside, to stay fresh, never let loose of the child. In that respect make up and consummation of breakfast and dinner has no effect. But how you generally perceive and how you generally consume means everything. Moses told us. He told us what meat to eat:

    “‘There are some that only chew the cud or only have a divided hoof, but you must not eat them. The camel, though it chews the cud, does not have a divided hoof; it is ceremonially unclean for you. The hyrax, though it chews the cud, does not have a divided hoof; it is unclean for you. The rabbit, though it chews the cud, does not have a divided hoof; it is unclean for you. And the pig, though it has a divided hoof, does not chew the cud; it is unclean for you. You must not eat their meat or touch their carcasses; they are unclean for you. …”

    The commandment is like a mother’s rule to her child. The Father would say: Be not mean – stay clean! :-)
